Having spent more than 25 years in direct sales, I have had the blessing to experience many different aspects of the industry. My first contact with direct sales was as a customer, and then an independent distributor. This changed the direction of my entire career. During my time as a distributor, I learned firsthand the power of the direct sales model and the freedom it gives someone to own their own business.
After 13 years in the field building a personal downline, I was invited to enter the corporate side of the industry. Over the next 10 years I was in charge of sales for two of the largest direct sales software companies in the industry, and it was in these positions that I learned about the operational needs of direct sales companies.
I have trained thousands of direct sales representatives, been a guest speaker at DSA and MLM Symposiums, and acted as Co-Founder of a party plan company. These experiences have taught me what it takes to achieve long-lasting success in direct sales, whether on the corporate side or as an independent distributor.
